Daniela Di Toro stopped Esther in Sydney in 2003 and has clawed her way back to the No. 2 spot. Maaike Smit is Esther's doubles partner and has won medals in four Paralympics. Peter Norfolk is the No. 1 quad in the world, and Sarah Hunter, his usual doubles partner, is the
first woman to play in the quad division.
